ok this just happened to me, i havnt been fired and i dont think i will be, but i was interested to see what you guys though,
would i have a legit lawsuit if....
1. i was fired wrongfully(they made a mistake in scheduling, then blamed me for not showing)
2. on 3 or 4 occasions i worked 8 hour shifts straight (legally i can only work 6 hours before a break is mandadtory)
what do u think
