Possible FRAUD: Oaktown

Sent paypal payment last week and was cleared on Sep. 14, 2007. He was supposed to mail and sent tracking# (which comes with your mailing automatically)by the 17th. All of a sudden no answer messages on here or email?? If you don't get back with me I will fill out fraud papers with my Credit Card company, and paypal. I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK. This is not how business works.

Okay, take it easy man. I had a huge problem with Oaktown and it took forever to get my stuff from him but eventually i did. The one thing you can do that might be the best plan is to go on paypal and cancel your transaction, i believe you have like a month or so to do it after you buy somthing from him so if you dont reach him just cancel it and when he does respound then you can either resend the payment if ya trust him enough or if ya dont wanna deal with him anymore you can just keep your money.

well what if this guy is just away from ns for a week? maybe he is away somewhere where he cant get access to a computer. now hes going to have a bad reputation even if he delivers to the buyer.

He has a terrible rep already, I was just speaking to a individual who had to file a complaint through paypal after waiting 45 fucking days for skis from this guy!! He doesn't respond via messages here nor email. He lied and told me he was on legit list, does that sound legit to you??

Terrible business, I'm fucking pissed I worked hard as fuck for my money, I will never buy shit off NS ever again.

just file a report or whatever with paypal, then if he gets back to you you can tell paypal that it's fine and if he doesn't well that sucks for him. he might have just lost internet access for a bit or something so i wouldn't freak out too much, but make sure you file it with paypal before it's too late cuz I believe it hasn't to be within a certain time period of the transaction.
