"popups blocked"

does anyone know how to reset the amount of popups that have been blocked? i cant figure it out!!!!

and why would you want to delete it in the first place?

i dont know why i wanna it just bugs me how it says like 14 popups block... i just wanna zero it out and yeah im using Ie
