put the bud on the rolling paper, roll the paper up and down in your fingers so it makes the bud round and tight, then roll it up, light it up, smoke it up. lick the gummed side too.

can't forget that nice little 'filter', the strip of a thing of matches, rolled up and put in the end, it makes it smoother and easier.....
