FALSE. ski market in the ham sucks dick. One guy told me that the new px bindings were way better than the pivots for park and all the pros were riding px12s and were really stoked on them. Another guy told me I couldn't warranty my bindings and tried to sell me new ones (this was a separate occasion), and tried to sell me new ones instead of even sending them in. Thanks for the great advice ski market, but actually I found another way to send them in to look and I got some brand new px12 in exchange for my busted p10s. I did meet one guy there who was kinda chill though.
wachusett shop is aiight though, I ripped out a binding there and they remounted for me for free which was nice.
summit is the place to go. never got boot fitted there but they guys are real chill and know their stuff. plus if they have stuff from previous years left over they give pretty sick deals on it.
Well, I'm not sure who you delt with there, but most of the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I know many of the people who work there and they're very good people to buy ski equipment from.
If you're going to get boots fitted, call ahead and ask if a boot fitter will be there and I guarantee you that you'll get someone good either at wa or framingham ski market. Ask for Mike the boot guy at wa. Or jeff or joe or cory at framingham.
