so i had shoulder surgery yesterday and am currently on tylenol 3's im just wondering if it were to bo safe to smoke a cigar

i dunno i wouldnt want to fuck something up ask a doctor

but that shit helps sooo much for the pain when i first started taking it for my foot the doctor told me to take 3 or 4 for the frist day at once and it just felt like i was dreaming

I had a refillable vicodin script once and I would just come home from work, fire up my (tobacco) hookah and flick on some pink floyd. Epic times. Never made me sick but smoking a punchy cigar even without the vic's could, so I'd take it easy.
