you gotta experiment with different brands/flavors. also you gotta make shakes and add shit. making a shake with whey, banana, some berries, milk, and you can even add chocolate chips

I would much rather work at a job i like all day, making more money than laborors, and go to the gym for an hour every evening, than get a landscaping job and probably tear out my lower back. not to mention im a girl, and i probably dont have the strength to do such a job anyway. plus id rather die.

and, i dont have the physical capability to eat in solid foods the amount of protein i want to consume. and who has time to cook all the time. and, the protein in whey is different than red meat protein.
if you dont know anything about it, just shut up.

i eat egg whites, thats another good source. im not looking for red meat protein. I dont drink milk. and i eat poultry and chicken, im looking for something to combine with solid protein. I don't need someone to tell me what to eat, im very knowledgeable when it comes to food and diet, thanks.
but if i eat two eggs for breakfast, thats about 12g protein
then i go workout, you're supposed to ingest protein within 40 minutes of lifting weights to repair muscle damage. like hell if im flooring it from my gym home to force down a chicken breast. id rather bring a shake with me.
also, lets say i then have chicken and veggies for lunch (35g)
and pork and beans for dinner (30g)
thats 77g of protein for the day in solid food. im looking for about 150-200g.

I have chocolate whey protein and yeah, it's pretty nasty. What I do is just put 8oz of water into a cup and add 1 1/2 scoops of the weigh, and it all dissolves in just that 8oz and it's less liquid to drink than a whole glass.

the best whey shake i had was the Vitamin Shoppe banana. and if your not doing serious lifting then the whey content is just fine for anybody. and its wayyyy cheaper

i have the chocolate whey and i just get an empty gatorade bottle, throw two scoops in and get ice cold water, fill it up like 2/3 and shake violently. it gets the clumps out just as well as a blender and is much quicker. just chug and don't think about it, after a while you barely notice the taste.
i think getting vanilla was a bad choice, i don't like it, its way too sweet for me. the chocolate seems to be a bit more mild

im sorry to break it to you but the most nutrients, protein, and fat comes from the yoke of an egg not the white. eating just egg whites is useless, you gotta eat the yoke. and why dont you eat red meat?

i used to take the chocolate caramel, but the shit sucked. now im taking chocolate and its much better.
my method: poor 1/4 glass of milk. dump in the scoop of whey. stir. add the rest of the milk. stir. then shake
it gets rid of all the chunks and the flavor should be fine too

Anyone else use, UNIVERSAL: Super Whey Pro in chocolate? It's made by universal nutrition. It's really cheap, $20 for a big tub of it that lasts about 2/3 weeks. I have trouble getting the clumps out of it though, and I don't have a blender. And also, to the person who mentioned chocolate milk. I'm definitely gonna have to try that, because chocolate whey + skim milk was gross as shit.

^anyway, an egg has like 6.5 grams of protein, and 3.7 come from the white. usually i'll have like 3 eggs for breakfast with only one yolk, toss the other two.
and i do eat red meat, im just cutting back on it right now, other sources of protein are better for you.

Ok I just did this and it's possibly my best discovery in a while. Poor 1 cup of milk into water bottle (2% would prolly be best because it has fat). Add chocolate syrup (or skip this if you just add chocolate milk). Add 1 cup of chocolate whey protein. Mix like crazy. Drink (chug/sip) it's good enough to enjoy, just like chocolate milk. I recommend you try it.
