What I realized with switch stuff is that it's all about being comfortable. Whenever you're just ripping down a groomer or something, pop a big 180 and rip it switch. A) popping that 180 and practicing landing square will help, and B) it'll make tricks way less scary when you're really comfortable skiing backwards. good luck.
i would say that its one of those things where you just haveta do it until you find how its comfortable for you, but definately just ride around switch all the time and it becomes second nature
oh and whatever you do... land with your legs a good width apart.
If you land hard and your legs are too close together, your balls will get stuck between your legs and you will rip them off. then to add insult to injury, you'll eat shit and problee sue the resort and make all parks get banned.
make sure you are comfortable skiing switch, and make sure you can land switch. pop off a little kicker and do 180's. then you will start to feel comfortable.
I guess your trying 180s. You need to pop first, then spin. If you pop and spin at the same time you will take off at the same angle as the kicker therefore when you come round you'll be leaning forward. Its so hard to get your head around this (it took me ages) but think of it like a late 180 where you only put the spin in at the last minute.
