Xcode

for those of you who don't know what xcode is:
it's apple developing software (it's on your os x instal disk)
for those of you who do know.
do you think there is a way to convert jibberish files in x-code over to a cocoa app?

it wouldn't be like running an mp3 through itunes to produce an acc.

you're talking about re-coding a program here, it's what xcode can be used for but it's not easy!

i don't know a whole lot about it but you could maybe code a jibberish specific emulator but that'd be from scratch. in fact now that i think about it i dunno how you'd do it.
