First year since '13', no PBP

This is the first year since '13' that im not going to buy the PBP movie. X sucked, War sucked and Ski Porn sucked. The trailers are always lame. The soundtracks are always lame. Besides, you couldn't fucking pay me to watch fucking hacks like peter olenick and simon dumont ski. Get some creativity, fucking same movie every year since propaganda. I cant even watch Ski Porn, peter olenick to swollen members, you gotta be fucking kidding me. Only sick shit in ski porn was Pep's self edit, Pep's segment and Andy Mahres segment. The rest of the movie is fucking aggonizinly lame to watch. I couldnt bear to watch another one of those movies, peter olenick falling off shitty ass rails and simon dumont doing the ugliest spins ever fucking recorded on film. THAT IS ALL

1242 was revolutionary, PBP can't really do much to top themselves. Seriously that generation of riders was so sick, I miss Boyd Easley. After 1242, it was someone elses turn to step up to the plate. TBC had that shit nailed, Idea has that nailed and Tanner is doing the right thing also.... We just need more Iberg.

i think yeah dude took on a different feeling than the normal PBP movies mostly because pete started filming for them. so it takes on almost a rage film feel in some aspects. i really enjoyed it but probably cause my home mountain in it and it was cool to see it publicized in a good way (unlike westcoast boogaloo)
but idea was legendary. if you want 1 ski movie this year.....idea is the movie for you.

man i really sounded like a hater in my post, sorry about that. I dont mean to be a hater, i have respect for Johnny D. Over the past like 8 years i bought, 13, the game, propaganda, happy dayz, RFA, session 1242, X, Wski, war, ski porn. Thats a lot of money buying all those vids living in canada, so since ive spent that much money i feel i can voice my opinion on what ive spent my money on. I dont want to watch some silly rich kids from aspen who think they are dope in my ski videos anymore. Get some real progressive skiers and mix it up. This year ive bought Idea and Believe and love them both. And yes i know Idea is distributed by PBP. Sorry for the hate, just fed up with the same old kids getting so much recognition for nothing

yeah dude is very different from all other PBP movies because it isn't only divided into to personal rider segments, but more of groups of riders who were all in one shoot at the same time. there are individual segments of course which i'm thankful for. i really enjoy yeah dude though. i've been buying pbp movies for years now and i am not disappointed. ski porn though wasn't my favorite. 1242 though, still my favorite.
