Replying to NS Napster

Okay, so the whole government thing about not downloading...I don't feel like using Kazaa. So why don't we have an NS Napster in forum form so if you want a song you ask for it in the forum and if someone has it, they will send it to you via e-mail. This also means that you can upload and download at the speed of your computer not a compromise of the different speends inbetween. Sound good?
