1 of the 4 said that they may lost a draft pick, but highly doubts itl be one of the two in the first round. the others didnt think thatd happen

Belichick fined 500k, patriots fined 250k
patriots will lose first round draft pick if they make the playoffs.
2nd and 3rd, if they dont.

wen u think of it, for belichick, its sorta a harsh fine, but not for the pats. thats practically nothing. and losing 1 of the 1st round picks isnt bad either, or losing the 2nd and 3rd...fines were kinda bad but the draft pick take aways aren't
i guess this year if they make the playoffs they'l make sure they dont give up a 27 point difference and let the colts win huh?

yeah but the pats have 2 number 1 round draft picks next year, so if they lose one they still have another.
i think it wouldnt have affected any other team way more drastically.

well people talked about coach suspension for a game. which espn is claiming would have happened had the commissioner not been so close with the ownder of the franchise...i kind of think thats bs though. but also there was talk of forfeiting the game, or having the coach sit out during the next pats vs. jets game. but also the draft pick thing and fine were the obvious choice but it wasnt clear what picks they would take away.

oh and to add a contribution to this thread:
I don't care how good the Pats are. They still cheated and its still against the rules. Just because you think "they woulda won anyways" doesn't mean its still not against the rules. Just because there one of the best teams in football doesn't give them special treatmeant from their fans and the NFL committee.
