How do you get an icon

i have tried like a billion times and cant figure it out
its says it must be 50x50 but i dont know how to tell something is that

well if you have photoshop you can set your initial picture to that size...then export to a .gif to make it so the size is small

or when you look up a pic on google, click the size option and click small images and your search should come up with a bunch that are 50x50.
