Where to find pole grips?

So I got the Spicolli jr. poles because I like short poles and they were cheaper than the adult ones. Anyways the grips on them are plastic which I really dislike. I looked around and could not find just rubber ski pole grips. Does anyone know any good sites or have any spare rubber grips that fit a 16mm shaft?

cut off the handles and throw some armada love handles on there? i dunno what size the shafts on the armadas are tho

I still need to find some. Does anyone have old grips from old poles? I want rubber ergonomic grips thta fit a 16mm pole. or even just a website where i can pick them up.  thanks
