Some New York place or something on 23rd. Lots of crazy hippy propoganda everywhere, but damn good pizza.

I'll check Vicentes next time I'm there.

Is it honestly faster to go all the way around from the 23rd Ave/Burnside area (up 405, over on 30, on 84, then south on 181st Ave) then to just drive straight through on Burnside? The distance seems significant, but I'm not quite sure.

IF 84 is moving, WAY faster I think going on the highway.

Once you get past like 60-70th and Burnside, it gets sort of windy and slow for awhile.  At least until you hit 205. 

And we went to Escape from New York as it is just  a few blocks from my apt.



Stoked that I am taking 8 pairs of ON3Ps to get mounted today....although I will end up driving probably 7-8 hours today....

i tried to keep the Entourage talk to a minimum, but he said shit's supposed to get a lot better.  he wasn't too impressed with shit either.

Just finished some super shitty paper for an arch history class.  The professor told us to write about what we thought architecture was (I think) and gave off a strong impression that if he disagreed, things wouldn't be good.  But he also gave us the option of discussing various viewpoints  and possibilities.  So...mine is a philosophical dead end called "Open To Interpretation."  In your face, Jack Smith.

Partied in NYC w/2 of my best friends who I haven't seen in years, watched a guy pick a fight w/Brian when he asked where to get a cheeseburger, and slept for 12 straight hours afterwards, fully recovered.

- the tour went well
- the make-a-wish event was really awesome
- things are better with the girlfriend (apparently burning bridges can be extinguished and rebuilt)
- so glad the tour is over


I have a mountain of work to catch up on for school, I never want to see a Red Bull again in my life, and I'm taking at least 2 weeks off from drinking.

Thanks to everyone in here that came to IF3 or one of the tour stops. You guys rock.


Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to fall asleep for 18 hours.

Yeah, its a shame really. They did an excellent job with the new roundhouse, merging the village gondola drive station and the old pika's restaurant. Now they just blew it with this new thing. I mean, it's difficult to change the size of something like that, given the size of the cars, but still, they could have done a better job.

I'm stoked that we finally painted the outside of our house.

Apparaently the previous owners were in love with the color pink and every shade of pink imaginable. We has painted the inside before we moved in last fall, but couldn't paint the outside then. They had painted all the shutters, the railing on the front porch, the gables, and a few windows fushia. Bright fricken fushia. It was hideous. We painted this weekend. Now everything is different shades of brown. It looks so much better.

Fucking AWESOME ride. Never ripped that fast through sections. Dry as a bone. Dusty legs coming out, and the trails rode INSANELY fast.

Sunny skies for as long as the forecast goes out to, so there is a lot of incredibly trail riding to be had here in the northeast as the leaves changeover.

Everything has that golden shine to it too.
