If you want any difference go to -2 or -3.

word to that, if you are gonna ski 70/30 in favor of park id say go for it but realize that your all mtn performance will be affected pretty considerably since you wont be turning where the ski wants you to. i hear that its pretty easy to get used to though, just takes some time. i say go about -2 or -3

That's not necessarily true. What skis are you skiing on? It's definitely a different feeling to ski all mtn on center mount, but its not like its harder.

not really.
2 or 3 yes, if youre changing, but if youre just mounting new skis how would you know in the first place?
I see alot of people out there with center mounted skis, who cant hardly make it down to the park... its all about how you can ski, and how comfy you will be with a ski mounted near the balance point of the ski.

not a real noticeable difference, 2-3 probably
All times are Eastern (-5)
