what are the best and cheapest materials to build rails with? preferably without welding.

ull catch ur edges in pvc, just get some steel pipe from a junk yard and bold it 2 some wood

how will i bolt it? drill into the pipe first?

cut a nitch about a 1/3 of an inch thick and 3 inches into each end of pipe the shove some wood there and you can add a base from that
