i have no clue how 2 spin bio, can anyone tell me and can i do it on a trampoline?

Start throwing them sort of like a misty but not inverted - throw your arm across and down. Think of running up to a bed and rolling over it on your side - that's sort of the motion of it. But hey, I've only ever tried a few so don't take my word for it. If you're on a tramp then just huck it across and down until you figure it out.

i leatned them on a diving board. when you frist take te bounce on the board, jump sideways, and then land for the bounce siedeways, then do like almost a barrel roll

its the opposite of a cork, so you want to drop your shoulder, but not across like you would a cork. it will feel really weird the first time. if you dont fear eating it a few times on the tramp, spin really hard and just stick your head in front of you. if you want to try to land it first time, then throw a misty, but before you you duck your head, stick it in front of you

i cant do it on skis, but i can throw a bio on a tramp and off a diving board and water tramp too. they feel so weird to me because corks feel so natural

If im going forward off something and I try to 540 mute (like a tramp onto mat or a diving board) I always end up bioing, however I cna never do it when I try. I think now that I understand you have to push out not down Ill be able to.

yeah, if you push down then you go into a misty. a bio is just like a regular spin that you reach forward with

i acidently did a small one while tryin a miisty, but i ended up with a concussion, there way to hard though, i try them off my divin board but end up back/belly floppin

but then what happens is you go bio to cork, which is essentially, what is known as a corkscrew... staying in the bio spin is just like what the fuck, way too impossible... CR clearly is superhuman

they're easy to do on tramps once you get the concept, but i couldnt image doing one on skis

I can do bio 7´s, 9´s 10´s and 12´s on my tramp with opposite mute and safety.
Just watch Cr´s segment a lot and then go out and try it. It´s really hard to explain how you should do them but once you get the hang of them they aren´t much harder than normal 7´s, 9´s etc...
