I wear socks and I've never had a problem with the smell never get cold feet either.. its well worth the $$ to invest in proper pairs of ski socks

Sounds disgusting to me.

And the post above me... in the superfeet insoles you can see the foot... like, the sweat has stained it so you can see the whole foot. i bet it smells disgusting s helle

To people who wear no socks...you are going to get the worst case of athlete's foot on day, and totally regret not wearing socks.

Actually, no, I've never had any problems with athlete's foot or anything like that. Definitely on the smelly side, but very comfortable, I'd recommend everyone try it sometime.

i usually take them out, clean em up and spray them so they really arent that bad

No way!! I ski with my school socks that come to my knees. However with the fur in SPKs it's not tooo bad wearing ankle socks
