Replying to 07/08 Invader question...

So I am not sure if it is too early in the year to ask the question yet, but does the carbon ollie band actually make a difference, or is it just a marketting gimick? Ideally I would like to hear from people who have actually ridden the skis, considering my guess is as good as anyone elses who hasn't skied them.

I am really looking for a noodle to just play around on. I am 6'1" 165lb and currently ride the '07 Rossi Scratch FS wrs in a 181 for park. SO wanting something that will be super easy to butter around on and have some fun with, I am wondering if the carbon ollieband makes the ski a lot stiffer, if it just helps with pop, or if it simply does nothing...
