watch your words, bru. I'm no fan of saga, and absolutely despise ninthward (and any tools who like ninthward still are... well... tools) but ninthward has done far more bull shit than saga. its not even comparable

from what i heard they had problems with customs...for shipping and stuff...

any brand that promises to deliver their product, doesnt deliver it (for whatever reason), doesnt issue refunds, has a shitty site, AND isnt included in the freeskier buyers guide is not a sick company. they are a shitty company with horrible business habits.

i mean 329 for a 12k mm waterproofing...doesn't seem worth the price there are other dope company's around that have solid reputations and quality customer service with better shit for less $$

I sent them a mail half a year a go, and I have had no reply... I think they have too coolest clothes out there! but I wan't take the chanse ordering from them, since I live in Norway and there's no way of reaching them:/

hey, whoevers talking shit about saga shut the fuck up, austin is the owner and hes been in the hospital for months now cuz he tore both of his acl's so maybie thats why he cant get back to your damn email. if you need to get some gear from them and are willing to pay it is totally legit stuff with 20,00 mm waterproofing. message me if you need anything. i can help you out or at least get you in touch with the owners and riders.

nope thats actually not the reason, sorry bro. I talked to Austin the week before his surgery, and it really is just customs fucking them over. Saga is definitely legit and they definitely have some great ideas and quality product.

But that does not excuse their customer service. They just choose not to respond to emails or phone calls, and leave their customers wondering what the fuck is going on.

I ordered pants last December and still have no product. However, I im keeping my order because I know Austin and I am sure they will make it worth my while.

But i must say, if I didnt have a personal relationship with the owner, you would have to be upset with their customer service. There is no way around that.

Thats what i heard too, it will be a bitch for them to recover from this and frankly i just don't see it happening, it's a shame but they lost all their 07-08 shit and now they have to pay court costs. Even if they win they won't get shit out til next summer since they have to remanufacture the whole line.
