Bluehouse Skis

Im not hating or anything but what is so good about bluehouse skis? Like this is newschoolers and theses skis arent even true twintips, i havent heard of anyone riding them and the graphics arent even original and they arent doing anything innovative (playing with different cambers and shapes) if the only reason people are buying these is because they are cheap then why dont they buy good quality ski that would probably last for longer then a season.

im not trying to hate im just wondering if i missed something that makes these skis so incredible.

the MR is a true twin tip and thats the park ski


the district is not a true twin but still have a twin on the back
they were reviewed by guys in chile so were going by what they say, so someone actually has skiied on them and has something to say...

get your facts straight mang..

what's sweet about them is that it's only three guys who are doing everything themselves and as of today they are selling them for dirt cheap, and i'm pretty sure the MRs are legit twins.

i agree with jeff
he was asking a question and even the park skis arent true twins the tail is a cm lower then the tip

i'm kind of amazed at the willingness of people on this site to jump on a bandwagon. i'm not saying the skis aren't good or anything, they just have to have time to prove themselves if they are going to be good or not.
While the MR's aren't true twins (ala invader), i like that they are a nice fat park ski. that is a little inovative, compared to most other companies out there. Most other companies' park skis have a waist somewhere in the 78-85mm range. I also think the discount pricing is a great idea, because people aren't going to drop 600 bucks on a pair of skis that hasn't been proven yet.
overall, i'm impressed with the way they are running the company, i just hope the skis live up to the hype they are getting on this site.

i think my dad bought a pair for me this morning.  I'm not really huge into park so i like the mid fatness for the powder and the rest of the mountain. from the review it says the skis don't chatter at high speeds and they hold their edge. I need new skis since my old ones are about 12 cms to small and i feel like giving a new  company some slack and helping them out.

honestly... most people on thsi website do not need a true twin tip ski.
unless ur landing switch in powder u really dont need it cause most resort riding a not true twin can handle it

true, a ski that isn't a true twin can handle most resort riding, but having a true twin makes riding switch, whether it be in bounds or out, park or pow, easier. I bet most people who buy bluehouse skis, especially the park ones, will end up center mounting them anyways.

I don't understand how you say that most people on this site don't need a true twin tip. I think everyone who skis switch in the park and wants to get better would benefit from a true twin.

and btw, I don't think there is any pow ski out there that's a true twin.

Depends on what you mean by true twin, if you mean a full shovel then there are plenty of pow twins, lizzies, bacons, seths, and lots of others. If you mean the exact same shovel as the front then there aren't even many park skis that are true twins.

I ordered districts, they should be a fun cheap pow ski that will do just fine for me.

the jp isn't a true twin. I don't think there really is a true twin pow ski out there. the closest would be the ep pro, sfb, and the elizabeth.

a true twin is a ski that has the same dimensions/shape front and back, such as the invader or anthem.

they are well priced though, atleast they're not trying to get too much for what they are. i am sure they will be just as good as any other ski, maybe better.

I don't think they're trying to get anything. I think they want feedback and ideas on how to make next year's skis [perfectly], and this is a damn good way of doing it. Legit.

i thought a true twin was something that has the same height tail as the tip, andthat something with the same dimensions is symetrical...
