How to make a super light drop in ramp?? Help

How could we make this very light to move very fast.. In my town we have toubles with cops.

please help me make a very light one

I cant think of anything else than aluminium. U could design it like a tent, or a chair ( the way they fold) . U could also make the ramp with the aluminium and making plastic strap all the way down it would be really lighter than a sheet of plywood and it would slide well i guess. i hope u understand what i wanted to say...
