long distance relationships?

anyone ever tried a long distance relationship and had it be successful...i'm in one now (I live in NH, she in CA), but i've been messing around a little and i don't really know what she's up to. Feel like its too much, but i really do love the girl. Oh well, just kinda depressed about the whole thing.

long distance relationships suck and theyre not worth it. i tried it and it lasted about 3 months. things just get to damn complicated with trust and whatnot. so my advice is to not do it because its really not worth it. go have some fun with the local chicas

mine lasted 8 months. it's something you gotta really make happen though... or else it will fall apart. unfortunately, it's usually the only option i'm presented with, so i have to learn to make them work.

works for me. but its not too bad. i live in RI, he lives in Vt. but i go to vt every weekend so i see him 2 days a week. as long as you have alot of trust in the relationship and your both commited , thats what matters
