Mp3 sparks

Does anyone use this server here? Its like a download site that sells songs for pennies so they can be officially legal in Russia. They got shut down on a different site and opened mp3 sparks. I know that the US wanted to take them to the World Trade Orginization in complaint, and some credit card companies are boycotting it, but is it actually illegal to use the service in the US or Canada? Or is all the blame on the company?

I'm not really sure. The old company, allofmp3.com, is set to re-open in the forseeable future, the guy was found not guilty because he did pay 15% of his earnings to Roms (like a russian RIAA).

It does say on the site it's your responsibility, but I do wonder too if its legal in Canada. It opened so people who had credit left on their allofmp3.com account could  still use it up.

it's gots to be legal. and i only say that because Dwight from the Office suggested that Pam uses a site like that. And he always follows the law.

i used to use allof mp3 back when it used paypal. but now, since you have to use a credit card, if they were to steal my identity, theyre in russia so its out of my jurisdiction.
