My doc recommends it, anyone else gotten em taken out recently? How is recovery? How is life with them out, less sore throats etc? Comments about your personal experience appreciated.
Do it.. recovery will take you 2 weeks.. u have to stay 2 -3 nights at the hospital..no sports for 3 weeks..and yes it hurts.. but when they are out u ll feel much better
yea its definitely worth it. i had to have mine removed in like 2nd grade, but it made life soo much better. it hurts alot, but the meds are pretty good. worst part is right when you wake up after surgery, and every breath is like knives stabbing you in the throat. bvut yea, then you just stay in the hospital and eat jello and popsicles for a couple days.
