Potential Highest mountain..this mountain at 14320 or something..could be biggest in pa and southern new york..lots of land to expand on Ie: cabins for winter, summer activities for extra revenue...
Water resources--Juniata river that flows directly across the road at the base..
we took a trip up there some friends and i and talked to some land owners..a hostile amish man owns most of the land..about 4-5 people own an acre each at the bottom of the mountain..with the right amount of money we think they would sell..especially the amish man..
heres our plan so far..were going to create a business plan, a very in depth plan concentrating on the advantages and disadvantages of the mountain.. advantages outweigh..the owner i have for my current job now is the man we will give the plan to..he is one of our only chances right now but as time goes on its a possibility with others..
any help would be great..what do you all think..im at work now so this is not as in depth as i would like but spit out your thoughts good or bad..but try to keep them resonable
