yeah, also, if you break it down by the hour, skiing is one of the cheaper sports, 7 bucks an hour or so for a lift ticket really isn't too bad, and only gapers buy lift tickets unless you're traveling.

You do know you have to have ski equipment too. I would say $200-700 is for a pair of skis.

not bad compared to 2,000$+ for a good downhill bike. Or wakeboarding etc where you need a 15,000$ (guessing) boat. It's expensive but it's also fucking awesome.

Or even for dirt biking. 449cc bikes aint cheap.

true what i dont get is my resort but here is my other question how much is a full day lift ticket for your mountain season pass, post the vertical drop state and amount of snow and if the mountain sucks, decent, good, or awesome

ski roundtop, for me lift ticket $50 season pass $450 before november 1st $550 after 700 vertical drop, Pennsylvania, average about 20 inches over all usaly an aweome storm is 8-10 inches (we get 3 feet every 6-8 years should get one in 2 years or so) my mountains is in between sucks and decent

Kissing Bridge near Buffalo, NY. $35 for a daily lift ticket. season pass $325 before September 15th, $395 before November 15th, and $450 after. 650 foot vertical drop, New York, 180 inches of snow per season average. All slow lifts. Lacks terrain variety. Decent park once it's open. Outdated and poor snowmaking. Average season is Mid-December to end of March.

i'm not exactly sure but wasn't aspen's season pass the most Expensive pass again last year? Something 1700 bucks. it's cheaper to go to jackson hole for a season pass.

lift ticket 25€, season pass 330€, 55m high hill, good park, nothing else. 45min by train + buss or 20min by car. its the best i can get.

Lots of things are way more expensive than skiing.

Lift ticket, $45, Seasons pass around $250, 1200 feet vertical, 350cm average snowfall.
good mountain for the price, park is good (except this past year) and the runs are half decent, too.
