Well James,
In my opinion you are ignorant. You've based your opinion solely on what you've experienced in the state of Montana. A state that lacks speed limits as well as residents. And apprently a state that is lacking in it's public education system. If you were even remotely informed on the sport of Motocross or have ever picked up an MX publication. You'd know that most of the athletes are far from your 'redneck' stereotype. Most of them grew up in residential areas in large states such as California and Florida. Sure, there are exceptions such as Guy Cooper, Kenny Bartram, and perhaps you could call Travis Pastrana a ''Neck' being as he grew up on hundreds of acres (which belonged to the forestry) in Maryland. But take good ol' MC (McGrath) for instance. The guy grew up in a normal residential home with a normal family. He still lives the same way. Along with others such as Nate Adams, Mike Metzger, Jones, and others that belong to the growing sport of Motocross and Freestyle Motocross. So James, next time you'd like to make an attempt at insulting this well established sport. Please be sure that your insult is well thought out and worth while. Because this one...wasn't. LATE

- deegean did through the first '360' but it was a 270
- he did not win big air with a 360, it was an off axis backflip (layed out to the side more)
- pastranas 2nd 360 was so damn smooth...be even nicer with a heel clicker in it
- nate adams backflip heelclick was insane...so tech

Thank you skieveryday, you put it perfectly, you made yourself look stupid by stereotyping an entire sport. Would you say that all skiers are punks because the kids in Montana raise hell on the hill?

the barrell roll attempt was crazy, i thought he was gonna stall upside down and die for a second, which he came so close to doing. I didnt really like degans 3 in the big air as much, it just looked like an off axis back to me. I like pastranas in the freestyle comp alot more.

deegans first three was more of a three, but in big air it really was more of a backflip. and travis's second 3 was really a three, he just spun it sideways.

skieveryday I was agreeing with your sport, that slickjames was sterotyping an entire sport by who he knew in Montana.

then I admitted that it could be different in other states and that I was wrong to jump to conclusions like that...why the hell don't people understand my posts? any of them!
oh and if you weren't such an ignorant asshole then you would know that montana does have speed limits...have for quite some time....you must be the biggest dumb fucker ever!!!!
and what would the education system have to do with my opinion that dirtbiking is traditionally a rednecks sport? I don't know about our school but we don't have redneck 101, or advanced backwoods people steryotyping class.... wierd

haha, slickjamesjik always somehow get himself into an argument.
someone attempt a barrel roll? that's insane. it would be hard to tell if they are doing a 3 or a off axis back since they said that they do it by whipping out the rear tyre. they can't initate the spin with the front tyre like the bmxer does due to the weight of the bike.

SlickJAmes you wrote this, now tell me this is not stereotyping a sport and I'll never speak again.'its about time those rednecks started doing real tricks, although I can see how it would be difficult to do any different tricks...they had the superman and its variations and then the backflip ...about it...they should try some shit like flipping or spinning independently of the bike...neat...they do show all too much of that 'neck sport on x-games though...now that its in winter x too...snowmobilin in winter x too....its turned into a nascar event with all the 'necks runnin around' hm......
