Don't make them out of cans. Aluminum vapors aren't good for you. Corn cobs and carrots are my favorite.

Oh ya this one time me and my nigga Bo Vice were out one hight on pcp, so we dome dis one fool, and take his spinal column, hollow dat shit out and make a bong out of it.  It hit pretty fat.

pretty much anything can be used... good one is waterfall bong.. you cut hole in top of washed out milk jug and fit a wrench socket in the top snuggly and you pack it like a normal bowl then cut hole on bottom side of milk jug.. while covering bottom hole fill with water and then spark the bowl and uncover the bottom hole so the water starts pouring out that it makes a vaccuum and sucks the air in from the top once all the water is gone you have that intire bowl hit in the milk jug.. you use the bottom hole like a rush hole and unscrew the top to hit that shit.... works like a charm expecialy if you have big socket thingy...

Correct, but you can burn tons of the toxic paints and other things that are coating the can.

And as for the vaporizer, I don't know where you got the 5% figure but if it's an actual vaporizer there shouldn't be any smoke involved, hence the name.

It only contains smoke if the weed is overheated. The whole point of the vaporizer is that the weed is only heated to the point where thc and other psychoactives are released in vapor form, which is a lower temperature than that required for actual combustion, which would create smoke. Tons of vaporizers are imperfec or used improperly and could certainly create smoke, but in theory there should be absolutely no smoke involved.

use a socket from a socket set. theyre stainless steel usually, so its OK for your lungs. make sure u clean it well tho.

also about the aluminum foil a lighter cant heat it hot enough to melt it. you only get alzheimers and shit if its heated like to 2000 degrees. hookah smokers use it all the time, and they turn out ok.

i can make pipes out of pens

as for cones (bowls) yoou get a nitting tack, drill a hole in it and put in it an old hose.

but joints are still way better than cones, more of a high feeling and less paralsis
