Can I just say, that I can play-with-myself-off without a computer?

I guess he could make another version with an opponent, where you could submit a score at the end. But that sounds suspiciously like effort.

It is too easy to beat a computer opponent if you can play with a paddle that perfectly follows the mouse. If I slow down the paddle so it has to catch up with the mouse, people will complain it is too slow or unbalanced. If I make the paddle keyboard controlled so it moves more like the computer opponent, then it loses that intuitiveness. There has to be an instructions screen, and it might only work after clicking on the banner, and some other annoying stuff I don't feel like thinking about. Not worth it for a pong banner.

Maybe I'll do a Breakout or Tetris banner later that people would play with for more than 10 seconds.

is that a NS members 1v1 pong tourney a smell?
