Capturing program

k so basicly premier isnt working right and i can capture with like movie maker but its so annoying cause it captures a little bit off and i cant name clips as i make them

does anyone know of a capturing program that actually pre-rolls before you capture and lets you name clips right after they capture thanks.

and i know this should be in media and arts but i just need a reply quick if anyone really cares they can get a mod to move it

well inorder to capture into premier you have to use a firewire

yeah i know i am but first it said it couldnt capture to the inpoint and to increase preroll i did that to over a minute and it still didnt work

then after a while i just get the messege like time log error whenever i clik to log an inpoint...

i can capture thru movie maker so i know my firewire works and everything i guess its just something in premier and instead of fixing it im looking for a quick fix thru a new program

make sure your premeir capture settings are all straight and such

likee....picking my camera out from that list...cause it didnt have my model but i put the brand and then chose like standard...i dont really know what else to do...it worked before fine it just kinda stopped working recently
