What makes the Z-12's $60 more expensive. All i could see from the websites was the Z-12 had a 100mm wide brake instead of 90mm.

I'm guessing nothing, and that it's just a higher DIN.
The wider brake shouldn't be an issue. Most shops will replace the original with a brake width of your choice free of charge.

Cool.
Does a higher Din really make that much difference to the price.

nothing but the din, they just have a different spring and a different number painted on the side

So i should just go with the Z-10's to put on my 07/08 Ar6's and save myself 60 bucks.

how big are you you may need the extra din but if you really want to save 60 bucks get the 10's. but if i was you i would look into different bindings ive had 910's and a friend of mine had z10's and they were total crap. look into looks or rossi

What din are you planning on riding at? If you're planning on riding a din of 8 or higher I would recommend the 12. Even just so you can raise the din if you want.

I am 160 pounds. and 181cm. Yeh im still open to suggestions. I heard the salomons were very light and i prefer a light setup. I was also looking at the deadbolts. As for the din. Im not sure these are the first skis n bindings i have bought. So im not sure i always hired twin tips when goin to the snow 4 times a year but now i have a job at Nakiska so i decided to buy Skis boots n poles.

^ i'd say it really comes down to preference and the binding i had to crank my salomon's up so they wouldn't pre-release so i have my 912's set at 9 i'm the same height, same weight but i ride a lot so i'd say like a 7 or 8 on salomon bindings
All times are Eastern (-5)
