What file do you want to make a edit you create so it can be put on NS. Also if you know how to do it with a MAC computer with Final Cut Pro, that would be awesome.

File, Export, Quicktime Conversion, then considering the limit is like 5 megs, your gonna want to make sure your edit is pretty short, and then play with some of the settings to keep your length down, if you export it as a .mov, and set it to a Broadband Medium sized vid and its around 3 minutes i think you should beable to nail it.

where it says "to keep your length down" i meant size where length is.
