Replying to Little story that almost ruined my brother's friend's avenir

I try to get my english good so everybody will understand

one of my brother's friends was going to a party out of the town with his car. So, after the party, he took his car while he was drunk. He was doing 150 km/h in a 90km/h zone when he just shift a police car! He took the first exit that he saw. He parked his car in a house entry, shut down the engine and ran away in a bush. The police car passed on that road many times, he like waited for 2hours!

he is suposed to enter at a police school this fall, his apartment and all that stuff was already rented! and he was drunk so he could had a ( casier judicière in english?) so that mean that he could not enter a the police skool! his parents would have killed him many times
