thats bullshit you have to be like pulled over on the side of the road with the keys in the ignition, otherwise they cannot prove that you drove anywhere.
otherwise what are you supposed to do if your drunk and you want to sleep in your car

and in your driveway my ass you can drive drunk on your own property all day long you just cant go on public roads.

yeah you can i think if the keys are within a certain number feet of the car you are fucked. thats why you hide them somewhere when your sober, or give them to a friend to hold onto

another one is we call getting high getting chopped, or chopping, but when I looked it up in the urban dictionary, the only definitions were getting drunk and recieving head

thats bulllshit no you cant get in trouble...its the most redicoulous shit ever unless your like on the side of the highway in the morning. and the cops see you in the drivers seat with the ignition on. even then if you were still drunk you could refuse the breathalyzer and come up with some believable story. But say you actually left a nightclub or something, and were too drunk to drive home so you decided to sleep in your car do you really think they could possibly give you a dui?? you could say that you kept the keys so you could set your alarm off incase somebody tried to mug you.

being on the side of the highway is different though cause its pretty obious you drove. one of my friends from colorado had that happen to him.
