Last night I was hanging out at my friends house and we were all playing Y27. I get paired up with this kid who used to go to my school, and I didnt really like him. We do random teams, and I get the Miami Heat, while he gets the Nets. He gets all pissed off and starts flipping out while I'm just trying not to laugh. We start to play and I'm just kicking his ass, he says its because I have Shaq. Cue more complaining.

At Halftime I have a 6 point lead, and he's still complaining. After about 2 minutes he flips out and turns off the playstation. I didnt really care, but he was being a douche. Later that night we play again and he gets the heat while I get the Celtics, and I still kick his ass.

At the end of the game he kicked me in the nuts.

at work there is this mom and like...11 year old girl who come in all the fuck time. they are so rude. the mom swears constantly and the little girl does too because she picks up on it. they are always muttering under their breath stuff like "idiots.". we close at 9. they are here until like 930, which isnt anything new, they always hold us late like that. the little girl, as you may have assumed, is chubby and squinty eyed. the moms rocking the man haircut. well they finally get to the register -thankfully mine haha. they were in the store probably since 8ish actually. maybe before. so when they are in, the little girl goes to the counter and "asks to speak to an employee". she wants some shirt in a large. colin sees her and is like "ill look" so he stands in back and fake looks for a few seconds because he damn well knows it isnt going to be there. meanwhile, the little biach has already harassed the entire staff at the adult store, calling a worker a "fucking asshole". i know because they RETELL THE STORY to each other loud enough for the only other people in the store-the employees- to hear. apparently the little girl had tons of shit on hold-which we CANT DO and was eyeing some stuff on the sale wall around like 7 PM. at like 920, she asked the time. i told her. she wanted to know when we/adult stores closed. i told her, 9. she said, well then "they better not fucking close" and speedwalked to the adult store. apparnetly katie had to unlock the door for her at 920 because the new manager didnt know the notorious little bitch. well she flipped shit and had a huge rage in the store, which she repeated to her mom upon return, because they put her stuff that was "on hold" (WE DONT DO THAT) away. she called them "goddam idiots...asshole!". THEN she flipped another profanity laced shit over the fact that what she saw on the sale wall someone had purchased and wasnt there anymore. so after retelling this tale to her mom, her mom proceeded to say "goddam bitches. fucking fitch bitches. hahah FITCH BITCHES". the little girl chanted along.

since i was made to wait so long for them, i let them wait for me by taking a long ass time to uncensor their like 60 bucks worth of sale wall shit. after we unlocked our doors and let them out, we found out later, the mom went back to the adult store and knocked for like 5 mintues until someone came up. she, like her daughter, flipped shit that they didnt hold the stuff. the new manager eventually just let her burn herself out and said sorry, before closing the door. its like 10 now, and the malls been closed for like an hour.

i would have those people banned form my store. one thing a job must maintan is that their employees are treated with respect. the customer is not always right when they are an irrational cunt like that.

woking at a hotel in breckenridge i saw a lot of stuff like that. it's fucking annoying, its as if the people don't realize the employees don't create the system they work in day to day.

one week there was this lady that was asking for the high class treatment. getting rides everywhere and making us do all these little tasks for her during the week. normally this isn't a problem if someone tips, we're happy to make stuff comfortable for people so they enjoy their vacation (shit i've picked up a bag, blunt papers and a lighter for a guy)...it just costs a couple dollars if you want me to knock out a list for you and stop helping other guest (or recieving more tips). so this lady has me do all this shit and doesn't tip the whole week! i'm thinking it's cool though because usually the last night they will hit you wih a $100 or something large to make up for the whole week of being their bitch. well this lady doesn't do that, so i drive her to dinner her last night and hold my hand out like i'm expecting a tip (not good policy). she gives me this looks like i'm the most rude person in the world and says 'what you want a tip for doing your job!? pssh!" and then walks into the restuarant. so it's getting late into the night 9:30-10ish and i get the call for her pickup. i tell them i'll be there in 5 (which i normally have to wait for people to pay their check when i'm that quick). so i go and pick other people up. get another call that her and her son have been waiting outside for 30 min (its freezing cold outside, well below zero). tell them i drove by twice and didn't see them (which i didn't). then get a finally call about 15 minutes later saying they're still waiting....still don't pick them up. the whole time the front desk knows what i'm up to because i came back and told the story. so the lady ends up walking back at the hotel late into the night, comes up and chews me out (i couldn't help but laugh a little) and wants to see the manager. of course the manager tells them they'll deal with me and the lady leaves. i get a ton of free drinks after my shift and props from everyone. apparently she was a bitch to everyone in the hotel, even some guests. it was so rewarding.

oh another time i was driving the shuttle around at night. and it was a little snowing on the road, no ice yet though. so i'm behind this guy who's driving 8-10mph on a 30 mph loop. which is okay, but my van gets behind his because i'm driving 30. now i'd be lying if i said i wasn't a little close, but nothing crazy. i'm listening to one of the other bell hops radio station (he has a hip hop show on saturday nights at 10) and this guy just slams on his brakes. i manage to jerk the wheel and go around him, and am like "wtf was that all about!" so this guy follows me back to the hotel and goes inside while i'm doing somethin and calls my manager. tells her that i was driving crazy and almost hit his car. then requests the i be fired. it was fucking unbelievable, i had to call this guys phone and apologize to him. what a fucking cum bucket.

my buddy works at local walgreens, and he does the counter. one night he was working the 6-10 shift when a lady came in. she disapears behind a wall of school supplies first, and just walks the isles over and over again. she comes to the cash register and says" help me find what i need." a little shocked at the rudeness he recieved from the customer, he calmy replys that it is store policy(and many other stores probably) that he cannot leave the register unocupied. she then states that she is in a rush and needs to help her that instant. he replys the same thing as he said before, and she storms off into another isle. a few minutes later she comes back to the register, with A FUCKING TUBE OF VAGASIL. my buddy says, "Making a little bread down there?", the lady called his manager and he is now working at the local brooks. moral of the story, if someone pisses you off, dont make fun of their yeast infection

there was a liftie thats a real douche at my mountain.

first of all lets start with how he hates skiers. and constantly tells us we should be ashamed of ourselves for ruining snowboarding. the guys fuckin nuts. none of the other lifties like him and everyone just talks back to him snowboarders too for hating on skiing.

anyway lifts close at like 330 and its like 325 and were having an awesome day so we decided to try to fit one more in seeing as the sign for the lift still says open meaning the ski patrol havnet gone up last chair. so we go down there and this liftie comes up and says "sry guys last chair was 5 minutes ago" so being polite i say "aw well man the sign still says open up there and its not 330 yet". hes just like "yeah but as a liftie i get to choose who gets to go up and im saying you cant i told you guys last chair last time you went up". well we start arguing saying that he didnt tell us that. and that we wernt walking back up to the village but nothing was working.

now i can kinda understand like hes worked all day wants to close the chair as soon as he can. but then a ski patroler comes down and says to us "hey you guys can come up with me" so were stoked we go to the chair with him. the liftie stops the chair and says "these kids were being rude to me im not letting them on" of course the ski patroler knows this guys rep and dosent believe him but aparently he couldnt do anything about it and it was all the lifties choice.  so we start hiking up and i think the patroler radio'd a snowmobile to pick us up haha cause one came by almost right away and drove us up and the lifite just loooked pissed.

oh, a guy followed our football teams bus all the way 3 hours out of his way and missed his flight to europe just so he could tell the coach that my brother mooned him off of the back, got my bro a 3 game suspension...star qb. but seriously...3 hours and missed a FLIGHT TO EUROPE just to get him in trouble for showing him his ass.

that liftie story is fucking great......i was on patrol at a small resort and we'd do shit like that sometimes...he definately radio'd the snowmobil for ya. you should've skied a run with him.

there are two and only two types of ski resort employees. there are assholes and there are nice people and nothing inbetween. half the ski patrol at my hill are mean. most instuctors are cool but theres some that are kind of mean. idk if this was really that rude but on a day where it was snowing pretty good me and my buddy wanted to ride some pow off the side of the slope and some bitch with a little ski wee kid was like "youll get your ticket clipped" we defiantly went under the roap enjoying about a foot of virgin powder.

my favorite memorie from this season was when i jumped off the lift and scared the shit out of a bunch of gapers.

I work at tim hortons, one day our monitors weren't working so we had to print out reciepts for every sandwich and bring them to the sandwich station. Some guy gets a sandwich and I bring the reciept over, somehow it fell on the floor and we missed it. He informs me that his sandwich is missing and I ask him what kind it was. He then starts yelling "FUCK IT, FUCKING TIM HORTONS FUCKS EVERYTHING UP, YOU GUYS CAN"T EVEN MAKE A FUCKING SANDWICH" and yells his way out the door (which he slammed and then kicked). And the best part was, I got to eat his sandwich seeing as how it was already payed for.

the coach shouldint have done that, my ski coach and the ski coach of another schools team drove our bus's back from whistler and for about 3 hours we did that to each other, by accident mooned a truck for like 15 min thinking it was the other schools team..

i was taping my friends skateboard and ONE TIME they went to the opposite end of the street from where they usually skate
they just rode around for a minute and rode up then down this walkway
all of a sudden, this dude just starts FREAKING OUT saying he has to yell at us every day and that and old lady lives there and we were gonna disturb her(even though he was SCREAMING)
and i recorded the whole thing...muahahahaha
it sounds like some other skateboarders were doing that, then we got in trouble
but i guess he's not really a d-bag, i'd be mad too, but we actually only did that once

i used to work at the budget cell service phone store.. cricket. dono if youve heard it, but it was seriosly ghetto, i got promoted to assistant manager after a week, when i was 17, so i had to like close the store by myself, and work alone and shit. AND fuck, i cant even count the number of douchebags i met a day. endless amounts of funny stories. but there was this one guy who always used to get fucked up drunk by noon, and then come over and rant about how horrible the service was. and then he would call like.. at least 8 times a week, to ask how to use his phone. and that kinda shit. I almost had to call the cops on him once because he wouldnt stop yelling about the ringer on the god damn phone being to quiet. oh yea.. there was also this cop who came in a lot to ask my boss out.. and he wasnt really a douche.. but his name was Crazy Dave. I kid you not.. it said so on his liscense when i put all his info into the system and shit. redic.

o god i have so many stories to tell with this one

the latest one got me in serious shit and i almost lost my job. so a lady comes in with her 16 year old kid to buy the whole set up of skis, boots, bindings, and whatever else i can get them to buy. this kid was farely new to skiing and he was young. so since he wasn't a racer, i asked if he wanted twin tips. he actually didn't, which was a shocker to me. well i'm only 17 so me and this kid are laughin around and i'm tellin him all the stuff about the boots and skis, and he gets it. the mom keeps buttin in asking silly questions that i don't even understand. we narrow the choice down to a speedmachine ski and a nordica gts 10 boot if i can remember. but the mom sees the speedmachine boot and asks why i'm not selling her that boot with the speedmachine ski. she believes that since the names match then they HAVE to go together. i try my best to explain to her everything, but somehow she doesn't get it. i tell her the setup i chose for her kid is gonna be exactly what the kid wants to do. which it is. she pays and they're off their merrry way

here is where the story turns awry. so about a week later i get called into my bosses office. my boss says there has been a complaint about me. i'm curious cuz i always try to be super nice to everyone and accomodate as best as possible. but you always get that bad customer who thinks you are an idiot. so i immediatly begin to think it was this random woman who came in one day trying to heckle with me on bindings. she wanted a pair of 200 dollar bindings for 50 dollars to be put on her 15 dollar straight skis. but this wasn't the lady

apparently the lady who bought the setup for her kid called my work and complained to my boss how i was the rudest most inconsiderate kid ever. she said i cursed and ignored her and pretty much lied flat out to my boss for an hour. the lady went as far to say i told her "to get out her check book and shut the hell up" god i was shocked. i ended up being bitched at for at least an hour trying to defend myself for the stupid comments of some bitch who didn't know shit about skiing. i almost got fired because of that bullshit. i really wanted to find that woman and strangle her

There is an unlimited amount of Dbags that visit Breck. I worked in a rental shop there. On a super crowded day, at least an hour wait, this family comes in. The mom is an actual midget and tries on about 10 pairs of boots and keeps telling me to find boots that don't go as high on her shins. I don't have the heart to tell her that we don't have freak boots specially built midget boots. So she tries on like 5 more pairs, I eventually give her boots 4 sizes too big to fit her fat ass kankles. Then she gets pissed because I put her on kids skis because she is too short for real person skis. All the while she was talking down to me, but I still didn't have the heart to call her midgo to her face.

i was kinda in a bad mood to start with one night, and one of my brother's good friends were over. i never really liked him that much, and he bothers me a lot too. so that night he just started bugging me and annoying me by doing a bunch of small annoying things like throwing things at me from across the room and pushing me and stuff. so i eventually get really pissed off at him and we start pushing each other around in my computer room, but im 5'3 and hes like 6'2 or something like that so even though im stronger i know i wont end up beating him up or anything, so i stop fighting back, go to my kitchen and get a knife out and start walking towards him. i wasnt actually going to stab him but i just did it because it seemed like it was the only thing i could do to get him to stop fucking around with me, and he got all scared and stuff and stayed in my computer room with my brother protecting him the rest of the night while i just went to my room and listened to some music.

alright, so I ref soccer and I'm am extremely confident in my abilities to make the right calls and what not. So of course soccer being the dramatic sport that it is I get this really obnoxious portugese coach. it's under 11 meaning the kids are all 10 years old. But this guy has absolotuly no clue how to coach a soccer team. So for the most part he's pretty quiet. But as soon as the other team scored one goal he gets really into it. He's yelling and shit. Not directly at me but to his kids. One kid even started crying cause of his rage and anger. Anyways. The other coach came and talked to me at half about the crazy yelling coach. I say that I'm gonna be giving the soccer office his name and what not. So there's like 5 mins left and the game is still 1-0 for the nice coaches team. Then they score again. But it was a close call cause the keeper had the ball but it completly crosses the line in his hands. But the angry coach starts flipping and running around saying that he saved it. The parents supported me in my call from HIS team saying that it was a fair goal. So he's calling me out and saying it wasn't in which it clearly was. He refused to sign the game sheet after te game . I reported him and he isn't the coach anymore.

alright so im a ski instructor at this little hill. we have after school programs come everyday and usually the kids are forced into the lessons by their parents, so obviously they dont want to be there, they'd rather be shredding with their friends. one day it was below zero, ridiculous wind, trails were ice, it was icing out (not snowing), fuck it was a terrible day for skiing. no one was out on the hill, the lifties would even hardly come out of the shacks, my boss wouldnt walk outside to give us lessons at line up, fried dough guy didn't even show up, etc. none of the kids who came with the school wanted to ski in that shit, obviously, except for one of my lessons. out of 9 kids, 3 of them showed. about ten minutes into the lesson, two of them peace out saying they're cold. i was pumped, knowing i only had one more who would probably head out soon too. oh was i wrong. about 30 minutes of just skiing with this girl who didnt even need a lesson in the first place, i asked if she was cold. she said no. 40 minutes into it, i warned her of frostbite, she said she was fine and wants to stay out skiing. 50 minutes into it (lessons are an hour long), i told her i was fucking cold and going in, and i strongly advised her to do the same for her own fucking safety. she had little tiny gloves on and no face mask of any kind. two days later, my boss tells me someone called and complained about me. i was shocked. he said this bitch called and yelled at him because supposedly i let the lesson out A HALF AN HOUR EARLY and i didnt teach her kid anything. that was bullshit, i taught that bitch anything she wanted and i only let her out ten minutes early. she said she was going to come in and speak to me aka yell at me for being 'irresponsible'. my park boss and my instructing boss said they'd meet with the parents with me to stick up for me because they even thought it was insane i was still out there with a lesson on that day.

needless to say when my boss told her they completely supported me, she backed the fuck off and switched her kid to another group.

thats sick your boss stood up for you, usually at the mountain they would yell at you and agree with the customer, cause the customer is always right and want to keep them happy, but thas definanlty sick they stood up for you
