Damn smelly hemp.

I have had a dope ass hemp braclet for about 4 to 5 months and have never taken it off.  And it smells absolutely terrible after it gets wet and starts to dry.  Anybody know how to stop this?  I really don't want to make another one because this one is freaking dope, and I have had it for soo long.

^actually you leave it on and soap it up every time, give it a good clean, and it removes all the sharp bristles. Removes the smell.

Yeah, I heard you were supposed to take it off in water, and a few people suggested it, but I was too lazy.  It feels like a part of me now.

ewwww....axe sucks.  My friend used to wash his clothes in axe, he would put them in the sink, soak them, spray them with axe and hang them up to dry.

well its shit now pretty much.  i remember my brother had a necelace and he just smelled like ass, it was the hemp. dont get it wet, and it should last longer.

When I got it, it wasn't bad, but I wear it soo much that it makes me gag...even when my hands are down at my sides I can smell it.  But only after it gets wet, then its fine when its dry.

what about like when u wear a cast and u take it off and ur arm smells like shit..and i always heard thats from ur skin getting wet and rotting a little bit becasue its always wet which makes that shit smell.but i guess this would only work if ur bracelet was tight to ur wrist but im guessing its prolly not

Coming back to this thread made me realize im not wearing my rubberband for the first time in like two weeks. My cat scratched me and it was bleeding on my RB and I took it off and forgot to put it back on.
