salomon tie boot

How are those salomon boots, that are soft, and they have like 2 buckles, and these strings that you pull on to make the boot really tight?

i made steve try to figure out what those were, i think they're the verse or something like that

but i've heard good things about them, and in the new skiing or ski whatever magazine they had them, they said they were too soft or something, and they're mad expensive

From what I hear, they're like a coach's boot, great for walking in, but you probably won't get much performance.

i'm surprised to see pros in them I usally see them in like the 1080 boots. but I worked at a ski sale last year and no one bought them we had so many left over they seem like a bitch boot

hmmm all the pros rock the ten80, ya but i heard the soft boots(string) suck for skiing in. but dont take my word for it cuz i never tryed them, jus ask someone who has them.

i tried a pair on in the shop and they are so soft i could almost touch my knees to the ground

I have them. They are pretty good. Feel really comfy and looks pretty sweet. They are the Verse series and the higher end ones have cool colours. It's really fast to put on and they are so sweet. My most favourite boots ever! Go buy them!

I found them too be waayy to soft. I had been on 9.06 atomic boots which were like butta but the salomon's were waayyy too soft, so I went to the nice and stiff 1080 pro, which still aint that soft.
