Bit of a conundrum...sway my vote

ok so my birthday is in 10 days and usually my grandparents and parents all chip in to get me one big gift.  ive pretty much narrowed it down between invaderskier36's scratch bcs and this http://landyachtz.com/D25.cfm?PID=139&place=1 longboard.  the thing is, i might go to europe in january for school and id most most of the ski season, and in europe i would use the board constantly to get around because its a small town and my friends there cant drive.. but i could still probably get around 20 days in here. so my question to you guys is; do you think its worth it to get the skis or not? or just which one should i get and why?

any legitimate help is appreciated

it depends on what kind of town it is
because it might not be good longboarding

i would say the longboard for that legit reason

buy board, use it as yo wheels when you sell drugs then buy the skis.

actually around $500

and the town doesnt really have any hills, it would just be for me to get around the town instead of walking and to and from school

id go for the longboard right now if i was in your position b.c it seems like you would have more fun with it since your going to miss some of the ski season

Longboard for sure. You'll get alot more use out of it than skis.

good board for a flat town. but let me tell you, it's a lot smaller in person than in the picture. so buyer beware. the total length includes the kicktail soo yah... you could always go with a really cheap blank longboard and build it up for -$100. check out eastbilt longboards. they have a sick possible dropdown deck for like $30. you can cut your own shape put of it, add $40 trucks, $30 wheels.

Id go with the longboard. it looks really fun to cruise around in. or u could go with the more expensive gitf, save ur money and buy the less expensive one. conundrum solved.
