Up here in BC it's cheap, we have enourmous mountains, we get loads of snow, and the way our weather is there can be a massive snow storm in the morning and by afternoon it's a bluebird day and you're skiing in chest-deep pow pow (true story).

Disadvantages: It can start out as a bluebird day and turn into rain in only minutes. Not to mention the cost to live, paying for all the welfare for people who 'own the land' and don't wanna work. You all know who I'm talking about, there are good ones that work, but the rest >:(
