Any good freeride bike trail in Traverse City? Im gonna be up there this week, or any other fun things to do?

Old hospital grounds. Sick sick trails, tables, gaps, etc. also hickory hills disc golf course if you're into that. Suuuuuch a nice course.

also holiday hills has some nice trails. if you look for it on the web or phone book its actually call "mt holiday" but everyone calls it holiday hills
