I've heard alot of people on the site mention that you should center mount troublemakers is this true? what else does it help with im from the east so i dont get very much BC at all so i dont have to worry about that with the center mount.

If you go center you'll have an easier time riding switch amongst other things. Far as I know TMs aren't much of a BC ski anyway, my 05/06 mounted like +1 from standard sank in seconds

i'm pretty sure the recommended mounting point is true center for 08's. at least thats what my rep said last year. he could have been mistaken

Why would the recommended mounting point be true center, for a ski that's not symetrical? Seems really weird to me, maybe they have a marked true center this year, but I assume recommended is still like 4 or whatever back.
