BC Ski Advice

So this year im gettin into way more bc, got a big trip planned for january already.
Im a good technical skier, but i cant throw down in the park though. im skiing on 05/06 PEs right now.
So basically i need a good solid bc ski, thats not too heavy because i will be using it for alpine touring. im 6' and 175 pounds.

As a person who has toured on these skis 30+ days, I'm going to be nice and tell you that they are a not-so-good choice for touring.  They're heavy, floppy, and have too much shape for a touring setup to use.  This results in using a ton of energy to get anywhere, then having an inferior ski for the way down.  Try looking for something light in the 184-188cm range with a sidecut around 27-30m and you should be golden.

Not to hijack, but im in a similar boat. I want a mid-fat ski that can do all mtn well. I have Ar6's for park, but want something a tad bit wider. Im 5'8, 140 lbs and am thinking some Scratch Sprayer BC's seeing I can get them for around 200. they are 120/88/113, and im looking at the 176cm model.
