New freeride shop opening in Portland ME

A new freeride shop is opening is Portland ME this winter. It should be just like Fred's Freeride(maybe not as good). They are planning to carry Line,Armada,4frnt,solamon and rossignol. Even though they arent near a ski resort they are planning to demo all the skis for up to a week. they will have apparel from oakley,silver cartel,jib curlture plus many more. Keep your eyes open for it.

how succesful how shops like this been? is it pretty risky to open a shop strictly freeride or does it all depend on the area?
