hey just wondering if any has them and nows if u can mould them urself in a oven if so wat are the heating instructions?

I doubt putting them in an oven would be a good idea/work.  There are special proprietary heaters, that is if they are anything like heatmolding ice skates.

go to a boot fitter or youll wreck your boots, they have special heaters to mold your feet to dalbello boots. if you get them fitted properly they will be the best boots youve ever had.
