alright well im headin out to college at boulder in a couple weeks and after skiing mostly in the midwest my whole life with trips to colorado a couple times a year, i decided i should get a new ski thats a little fatter and overall extremely versatile. i want somethin that is at least 90 underfoot, and probably from last year cuz im a bit short on cash at the moment. so right now im leaning towards last years big trouble or last years scratch BC create it. any advice on which one or recomendations on other skis would be great.

Both seem like great choices, but a little personal information would help us in your dilema.
Height?
Weight?
Aggressiveness?

definitely the BC. its wider than the big trouble but its still sick in the park and on groomers. it would be better in powder too. also, its super light for a ski that big

im like 5'8 or 5'9 and 150 pounds ive skied since i was three and consider myself a fairly aggressive skier. i like to drop cliffs and in the park i do rails and am workin on like 900's and tricks in that skill level.

go with the 178 bcs. its a good length for your height and weight and it will be better in the park

Big Troubles are stiffer
BC's are softer
I say BC's. better for in the park and will be funner in pow I think.

Why would you need a wide ski if you are going to Colorado?

85-90 is fine for resorts in CO.
All times are Eastern (-5)
