Empire strikes back

I need to know the name of the Rebelion Pilot in The Empire Strikes Back, that is an alien and he talks in his language I think. He has big eyes like a goldfish and droppyskin on his face. If you know a star wars fanatic that knows the race of these people.. post and help me! My boss at work looks exactly like him and it's been bugging me to know the name
