I got a pair of salomon teneighty foils, and i want pivoting heel type of bindings. Im thinking either Rossi FKS bindings, or Look P 18's??? Which would be better?
for what its worth, the foil is a foam core ski, and the heel on the fks has a very close mounting pattern. a combination of those two factors very well could lead to the binding ripping out. oh, and if you put a salomon binding on the ski, it doubles the warrenty on the ski, so i wouldnt pass up the salomon 916sth for this upcoming season if you're looking for a burly binding.
im talking bindings man , not a fan of salomon sklis or bindings but there boots are sik.. for bindings for free riding the only ones worth using are looks or the 4frnt deadbolt.
I know the salomon 916 race stocks are great, but they are heavy as hell. Now they have released their 916 light, which sounds sick but I havent used them yet.
I've had much better experiences with pivot bindings than px bindings. all px bindings I've used pre-released on everything. Any pivot bindings I've used have worked great.
