i don't know i think i had a legit reason. i really really REALLY hated it when people called me penis jibber. yet no mod thought i had a legit reason

just put your old name in your sig so people can get used to it. if you are on here a lot people will realize. just like rowen used to be rekker. eheath is now evan. way2steezy4u was hobosexual now he's whatever. same with andrewg and marsland. the people who are on here and post alot will be able to adjust easier. its just going to suck for the people who only get on and post like once a month

And the name change option is not good for the mods. They would be getting too confused. They won't know who is who when post whoring occurs. A legit reason, would be *PrInCeSs* - even though it was his choice to get in on the name change game. PNSjibber - you picked your own name...correct? Maybe the mods should now not have to have such serious reasons for name change. But to allow the members themselves change it on their own is not a good idea.

making it so that peopel can change their names as they wish, was a great way to take the strain off of mods and admins, but instead they should just create a new position called name changesrs and their names could be purple or yellow or whatever, these people would be trust worthy people who would make sure that (semi) respected NS names like Schoening were not stolen affter kohl decided to change his name to Teefa'sBitch
